EducationUniversity of the Ozarks - Bachelors, Mathematics
ExperienceI am a resident of Clarksville, Arkansas. I attended the University of the Ozarks, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, giving me the qualifications to tutor a variety of subject areas within mathematics. While in college, I worked as a peer tutor in calculus and algebra. I love geometry, algebra, and calculus, and I truly enjoy helping others. My tutoring philosophy is simple: I am not there to give students the answers, but to work with them on mastering basic concepts so that they can learn to do the problems by themselves. Subjects I am willing to tutor include elementary math, middle school math, arithmetic, pre-algebra, all levels of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, pre-calculus, all levels of calculus, multivariable calculus, competition math, finite mathematics, and discrete math. I am also available to help students prepare for the math portion of the ACT and students who are taking AP Calculus AB.When I'm not working or studying, I like to play video games, read comic books, read and write science fiction and fantasy, listen to music, go to the movies, and exercise.
HobbiesVideo games! Comics! Music! Movies! Trust me, I'm a nerd!
