I will be starting school this January with a major in foreign language with the goal of being a Spanish teacher.
Experience
I recently returned from serving a voluntary two-year mission for my church. I was called to serve the Latino community in the Sacramento, California area which meant acquiring a fluent grasp on the Spanish language. Through personal study and application I am now able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. As time went on I became an effective resource to other younger missionaries as they were in their first months learning the language. I also taught ESL classes.
