I am a Vanderbilt graduate who has taught advanced, intermediate, and basic SAT reading, math and writing classes. I planned college prep curriculums for seniors and juniors to prepare lessons to meet the individual needs of students. I also guided seniors in writing college applications and edited hundreds of college application essays and resumes. I provided one on one counseling services to individual students for academic, social, and family situations. Furthermore, I consulted with other counselors, teachers and parents regarding individual students. I served as a teacher for ESL classes for both young and adult students. I can help you get your dream score on the SAT. SAT prep is my main area of teaching, but I can teach any of the listed subjects. I have experience with teaching from young elementary students to adult ESL students. I have experience tutoring adults in subjects such as ESL and citizenship classes. I mainly taught high school students, but I can teach any age group. I am very friendly and approachable! When I teach, I have patience, motivation, and encouragement. I love to see my students improve through learning from me.
